RENTAL PRICING

Our rental-based structure is perfect for those who are established or growing in their offering and simply need a beautiful space to host in. Rental availability is not limited to yoga or movement classes, we are happy to hold gatherings of any kind! Optional prop fee is available for those who need additional yoga props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks. We have a limited number of folding chairs and tables for use. We want your class or event to thrive so we are happy to help cross-promote on our Liminal Classes page, Grounded Community Calendar, as well as our Instagram.

RECURRING CLASS/EVENT
​$100/month for 1 class per week, optional $15 per month prop fee
$175/month for 2 classes per week, optional $25 per month prop fee
$240/month for 3 classes per week, optional $35 per month prop fee
 
SINGLE CLASS/EVENT
$20/hour with time to include set up and tear down of space, optional prop fee of $5
